  • Managed strategic development of Latina magazine's print & online properties
  • Developed the brand's public relations strategy and oversight of governance issues
  • Launched several brand extensions including: a co-branded Access Hollywood television special, a licensing line of kitchen & home décor products with a leading home shopping channel, and created a marketing services/consulting firm specializing in the acculturated Hispanic market

  • Managed domestic and international news coverage for the network's news division and MSNBC

  • Supervised the network's overseas coverage of the Iraq war in 2003 with a team of managers
  • Instrumental in breaking several national stories including the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster
  • Launched the National Crew Desk and developed an intranet crew request system to streamline operations and maximize efficiencies with $5 million in budget savings in the first year
